Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. You will work closely with three Commercial Lines Account Managers and a Virtual Assistant to ensure seamless operations. This is a high-priority position.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary up to $60,000 annually.
- Hybrid work schedule for work-life balance.
- Process and manage ID cards and certificates with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide back-end administrative support to three Commercial Lines Account Managers.
- Collaborate with a Virtual Assistant to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support the team’s operations.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the commercial team.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in a commercial or insurance-related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software; candidates without a personal computer will be provided one, with the expectation of timely setup.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
