Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a rapidly growing and family-oriented organization. This is an immediate opening within a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to a clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing, quoting, and rounding accounts, with a focus on contractors, restaurants, and generalist accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Service, quote, and round accounts, including contractors, restaurants, and generalist accounts.
• Handle both new and renewal business quotes efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in servicing, quoting, and rounding accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance, particularly in contractors, restaurants, and generalist accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software (specific software knowledge is a plus).
