Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with potential for up to $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, secure renewals, and process endorsements.
- Review and analyze client policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field.
- Licensure/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses or certifications are preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with captive insurance programs is a plus.
