This role is integral to the operations, focusing on servicing and account rounding for a generalist book of commercial lines accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
• Holiday Bonus: Average holiday bonus for Account Managers in 2024 was $2,500
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
• 401(k): 100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2% (eligibility after 1 year)
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
• Start with 2 weeks
• Increase to 3 weeks after 1 year
• Additional increases over time
• Work Arrangement: Fully onsite to start, with potential for hybrid work based on experience and performance
  

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to a generalist book of commercial lines accounts
• Handle account rounding to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and organizational goals
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
• Less than 5 years of commercial lines experience preferred
• Candidates with extensive experience may not be considered
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
