Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: On-site with the option for hybrid work (2 days remote per week)
- Manage all aspects of a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines accounts (Property & Casualty)
- Handle A-Z account management, including quoting new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and placement resources, to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation
- Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 3 years preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software or similar platforms
