Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse book of business with premium volume spanning a wide range of account sizes.
• Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
• Handle accounts across various industries, including bonds, oil & gas, coal, municipalities, construction, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Utilize AMS360 agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless account management.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Preferred: 10 years of experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Eager and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
