Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (flexible, with potential consideration up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid with potential for remote work after onboarding
- Equipment Provided: Yes, for remote work
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including businesses with premiums ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business, including some marketing to renewals.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to meet organizational goals.
- Utilize agency management software (Epic experience preferred but not required) to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Proven experience managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts in the insurance industry.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services.
- Proficiency in using agency management software (Epic experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with potential for remote work after the onboarding period.
