- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients.

- Develop renewal strategies, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms with carriers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance on policy coverage, changes, and claims processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and insurance carriers to deliver customized solutions.
- Identify and address potential gaps in clients’ coverage or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using agency management systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and risks affecting clients.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial insurance sector.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving abilities focused on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
