Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

- Work Environment: Preference for in-office candidates, with hybrid options available.
- Manage a book of business valued at approximately $3M-$4M in premium, with accounts ranging from $50K to $600K in premium.
- Handle small to middle-market commercial lines accounts, including those in real estate and construction sectors.
- Market renewals, prepare loss runs, process endorsements, and issue certificates.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, passion for the insurance industry, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Work Arrangement: Preference for in-office candidates, though hybrid arrangements may be considered. Remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
