Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of commercial accounts, from small “mom-and-pop” BOPs to large startup and tech firms
- Handle all aspects of servicing assigned accounts
- Work closely with producers and clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Navigate daily responsibilities using Epic (Applied Systems)
- 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Strong generalist experience – no specific niche required
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty
- Proficiency in Epic is a must
- Salary: Up to $100,000/year (depending on experience)
