Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
- Support for obtaining necessary licenses, if required.
- Training opportunities tailored to experience level.
- Manage and service a book of business with a premium value of $2 million, assigned to one producer.
- Handle generalist accounts, including nonprofits, churches, and manufacturing clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; open to candidates from outside the industry.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; support provided for obtaining the license if necessary.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment in Mount Vernon or Stanwood.
- Willingness to undergo assessments, background checks, and credit checks as part of the hiring process.
- The role is fully office-based with no travel requirements.
- A structured three-part interview process will include meetings with management and team members, with one interview conducted in person.
- Onboarding and training will be tailored to the candidate's experience, with a potential two-week training course provided.
