- Manage and service a portfolio of Middle Market and Large Market Commercial P&C accounts.
- Handle renewals and ensure timely and accurate account management.
- Collaborate with Producers to address client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Operate within an alpha split servicing model to ensure efficient account handling.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in Commercial Lines Account Management or Account Executive roles.
- Proven expertise in handling Habitational accounts and high-value property risks.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Active and relevant insurance licenses (as required by state regulations).
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Team-oriented with minimal need for supervision.
- Location: Hybrid work model, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Relocation: Open to considering relocation for the right candidate.
- Travel: Minimal travel required; AEs are not expected to accompany Producers on client visits.
