Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling property and casualty insurance, with a focus on accounts generating $15,000 or more in revenue.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 annually
• Commission Structure:
• 40% commission on revenue up to $100,000
• 50% commission on revenue between $100,000 and $125,000
• 60% commission on revenue exceeding $125,000

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, cold calling, networking, and attending business and chamber meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue property and casualty accounts with a focus on accounts generating $15,000 in revenue.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings or events as needed.
