Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 commission opportunities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the commercial lines portfolio.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with speed, simplicity, and a friendly approach.
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to achieve company goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and workflows effectively.
- Participate in video calls, onsite meetings, and other client-facing activities as needed.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on construction and manufacturing accounts.
- Trustworthy, hardworking, friendly, and coachable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
