The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and retaining existing clients within the commercial insurance sector. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to acquire new business within the middle market segment.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting analysis to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims professionals, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and changes in insurance regulations to effectively advise clients and drive business growth.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer specializing in commercial insurance, preferably within the middle market segment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
