Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Up to $85,000 annually

- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market commercial lines accounts.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Handle renewals and quote new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide polished, professional, and client-facing service at all times.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Education: College degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM).
- Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is required.
