Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- 401(k): 3% company match
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after training and onboarding
- Travel: No travel required
- Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $15,000 in premium (up to $40,000).
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including non-profits, construction, and contractors.
- Handle all aspects of commercial lines servicing, from policy issuance to claims support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of independent agency experience in commercial lines servicing. Experience with captives or carriers is not applicable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist industries such as non-profits, construction, and contractors.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
