Job Title: Licensed Commercial Lines CSR (Growth Track to Producer)

Location: King of Prussia, PA (In-office; remote 1 day/week after 90 days)

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 base commission opportunity

Overview

A growing, team-oriented insurance agency is seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines CSR interested in developing into a Producer role. This position starts with client service and transitions into sales over time, offering strong training, internal support, and access to warm referral opportunities—no heavy cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities

• Service a commercial lines book of business
• Handle COIs, endorsements, policy setup, renewals, and policy changes
• Manage enrollments, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Support Inland Marine policies and certificate tracking
• Assist with cross-selling within existing accounts
• Build relationships with carriers and internal partners
• Gradually take on sales and business development responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License
• 2 years of commercial insurance service experience
• Experience with COIs, endorsements, and policy servicing
