This is a full-time on-site role located in Stratford, NJ for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, processing policy changes, supporting account management tasks, and assisting with account reviews.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Experience and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with insurance software and tools is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or licenses are a plus
