Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual P&C Producer to join a growing team. This role focuses on developing and managing commercial property and casualty accounts while leveraging your bilingual skills to build strong client relationships. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Commission Structure (once qualified):
• Commercial P&C: 40% new business / 40% renewal.
• Personal Lines: 25% new business / 25% renewal (focused on high-net-worth, concierge-style accounts).
• Life Insurance: 70 points per life policy.
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging bilingual skills to meet diverse client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Attend in-office meetings as needed, with a preference for Monday mornings and Friday afternoons.
• Actively engage with leads across the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in property and casualty insurance, with a focus on commercial accounts.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is required.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel between Dallas and Fort Worth locations as needed.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
