Salary
- $96K - $100K /Year (based on experience)
- Would be working school district claims.
- Would be handling child sexual assault claims (50%)
- Litigated Desk 80%
- Claims are for school districts with over 110 members across California
- Claims fall under Government Tort Claims Act
- Need to have 3-5 years of litigation claims experience.
- 5 years handling a litigated desk.
- Someone who understands Complex claims and litigated management.
- have experience with coverage investigation
- Have experience with written ROR (rights of reservation letters)
- Have experience handling denials
Salary : $96,000 - $100,000
