- Support Account Executives with daily account management tasks, including scheduling changes and adding/removing properties.
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Manage a book of business consisting of large national real estate/habitational accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Active 220 License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) insurance.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and policies effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
