Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a boutique agency specializing in construction-related accounts, including developers, manufacturers, and contractors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche-focused environment with a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and builder's risk lines of coverage, with the ability to manage both new and renewal business.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute renewal strategies for existing accounts.
• Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier and insured communications.
• Handle property and builder's risk lines of coverage, including Letters of Credit (LOCs).
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on property and builder's risk.
• Proven ability to manage construction-related accounts.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
