Seeking a motivated and dynamic Producer specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join a team. Compensation Package

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (negotiable) for up to 3 years while building your book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on commercial accounts with some personal lines.
• Utilize tools such as AMS 360 and Salesforce (training provided) to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
• Leverage resources like "Business Wise" to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Attend industry associations and networking events to build a robust client base.
• Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned professionals.
• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Technology: Familiarity with AMS 360 and Salesforce is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and client service.
