📢 NOW HIRING: Project Planner (Right‑of‑Way)

Location: Winchester, KY

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Project Planner with strong Right‑of‑Way (ROW) knowledge or experience. If you excel at coordination, communication, and managing multiple projects at once, this could be the perfect fit.

🔧 Key Skills & Abilities

• Ability to learn and understand negotiation procedures
• Knowledge of transmission line and right‑of‑way maintenance processes
• Understanding of contract drafting and administration
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand maps, plats, and legal documents
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with property owners, contractors, and internal teams
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Proven ability to build teamwork, trust, and strong working relationships
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Works well independently and in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of internal and external customers
• Ability to learn and become proficient in Maximo (Maintenance Management System)
• GIS experience is a plus but not required

📌 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting ROW planning, documentation, and project coordination
• Reviewing maps, legal descriptions, and property‑related documents
• Assisting with contract preparation and administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records in Maximo and other systems
• Communicating with landowners, contractors, and internal departments
• Helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
