Our client in the construction industry is seeking an admin assistant on a direct hire basis. The position is location in the King of Prussia area and is paying up to $70K for the right candidate who has great technology skills, construction industry experience and is collaborative. This role also requires strong communication, time management, priority management, and construction permitting knowledge.Salary: Up to $70K based on construction/architectural industry experience Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance, 401K, PTO, and term life insuranceHours/Schedule - In office M-F; (Flexible early 7:30-8:30 start) 40 hoursPrimary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative coordinator to lead projects including:Managing permitting process for all projects locally/nationallyProvide detailed client reporting weekly/monthly using excel and cloud technology Extensive client interaction via phone, email and reporting toolsMaintain electronic filesDetailed and deadline orientedStrong collaboration with other team members and clients Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent organizational/planning skills; accuracy is criticalA minimum of 5 years admin assistant or small office exec admin experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workKeen problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Cloud)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
