American Executive Centers has six facilities in the Greater Philadelphia area in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey suburban markets. Our Executive offices offer wired, furnished Office Space and conference rooms with Reception, Secretarial and IT Support.
We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant to support the secretarial needs of our clients in our Malvern office.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to be proactive, handle deadlines, and make decisions.
- Energetic and upbeat personality.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate assignments to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
- Edit and format documents to client-ready status.
- Prepare written communications (letters, memos, emails).
- Manage data and file organization.
- Plan and handle complex meetings and travel arrangements.
- Operate various office equipment.
- Provide customer service and assist with other special projects.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor quality and confidentiality.
