Hours: Flexible, based on availability

  • Current Openings: Full Time:
    • Mon-Thurs: 1:30PM to 9PM or 10PM MST
    • Fri: 1:30PM - 5PM  MST

  • Paid Training: ~$1,000 for ~50 hours of training (self-paced & live sessions)
  • Full Commission Post-Training – Based on Sales Revenue

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Closer, your role is to increase revenue by:
✔ Pitching to pre-set appointments with live, high-intent leads.
✔ Following up and managing a sales pipeline.
✔ Hitting Dollar per Pitch goals each month.

🔹 Performance Metrics:
Follow-up on collected calls.
Close Rate: 35% Gross Enrollment.
Average Sale Ticket: $5,700
Dollar per Pitch: $2350


What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be able to take calls Monday–Thursday from 1:30PM to  (9 or 10) PM MST MST and Friday from 1:30 PM - 5 PM MST
  • Currently working in a phone-exclusive sales closing role
    • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Sales Closer
  • Experience must be focused on new customer sales (not existing account management)
  • Not an account manager or customer support representative
  • At least 2 years of phone or Zoom-exclusive sales experience within the last 5 years (no in-person selling)
  • B2C (Business to Consumer) sales experience only (not B2B)
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket offers of $3,000 minimum
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years (2 preferred) — absolutely no exceptions for 4 or more
  • At least one role with 2 years tenure
  • No more than one role lasting under 1 year
  • Has held a role with defined performance metrics or KPIs they were accountable for
  • Must have received formal recognition or awards within the last 2 years (e.g., top salesperson, leaderboard ranking, employee of the month, or athletic award)
  • Follows a defined call flow or sales script with real accountability for following it
  • Inputs call data into a CRM system during or immediately after each call
  • Maintains accurate CRM records — no end-of-day logging or skipped entries
  • Extroverted personality — enjoys speaking on the phone
  • Speaks with confidence, clarity, and competence
  • Accepts coaching and implements feedback quickly
  • In the most recent full year, at least 50% of income must have come from commission
  • Demonstrated consistency with follow-ups, pipeline management, and note-taking
  • Sells with honesty, ethics, and adherence to best sales practices

Technical Skills You’ll Need:

📌 Closings & Follow-ups – Strong phone & video sales experience.
📌 CRM Experience – HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
📌 VOIP/Soft Phone Systems – Experience making calls using digital phone systems.
📌 Phone Sales Expertise – Confidently answering questions and handling objections.
