Single-Family Rehab Project Manager – Fix & Flip / REO
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $35 – $42/hr Performance Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Single-Family Rehab Project Manager – Fix & Flip / REO to lead the full lifecycle of our single-family fix & flip and REO projects. This role combines hands-on project oversight, strong vendor and contractor management, and high-level investor relations. From the moment a loan is funded through rehab completion, marketing, and sale, you’ll ensure each project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets our quality standards — all while working remotely.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day construction progress, you’ll maintain open lines of communication with our financial investors, delivering bi-monthly portfolio updates and participating in investor calls to provide clear, accurate, and actionable information. You will also play a role in maximizing sale value by coordinating with real estate agents and ensuring top-notch property presentation in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple residential rehab projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors, vendors, project managers, and real estate agents.
• Review and approve contractor draw requests after verifying work completion.
• Conduct virtual or third-party inspections to confirm progress and compliance.
• Prepare detailed bi-monthly investor reports and host investor update calls.
• Collaborate with listing agents to market properties effectively for maximum return.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in residential fix & flip, REO, or construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee complex projects remotely.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially in investor-facing settings.
• Real estate license or general contractor license is a plus but not required.
