Outside Sales & Client Project Manager - Commission Only

Calculated Designs LLC is a leading residential design firm based in Yuma, AZ, specializing in permit-ready plans, fast project turnaround, and Matterport scanning services. We work with general contractors, builders, and restoration companies who need accurate, build-ready plans with turnaround times that keep their projects moving.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the design process from the initial meeting through final delivery. You will be the primary contact for your clients — from the first handshake to project completion.

Sales & Prospecting

• Identify and target general contractors, builders, and restoration companies in Yuma.

• Develop relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing contact for repeat business.

• Present company capabilities, pricing, and past projects to close deals.

Client Meetings

• Conduct in-person consultations to understand project goals, design needs, and timelines.

• Gather project details to hand off to our design team.

Project Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between client and design team.

• Review preliminary plans, request adjustments, and present final deliverables.

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

• Proven experience in sales, construction, or project management (preferred but not required).

• Strong understanding of residential construction and design processes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

• Must be able to meet with clients in person within the Yuma area.

• Tiered Commission:

  - 10% commission on sales up to $20K/month.

  - 15% commission on sales over $20K/month.

• Average project value: $3,000–$6,000

• No income cap — your earnings are based on your performance.
