- ~$1,000 paid training (~50 hours, includes self-paced and live sessions)
- Commission-only post-training
- On-target earnings: $48,000–$64,000 annually (Part-Time)
- No cap on commission
🏆 What You’ll Be Doing
- Pitch and close high-intent, pre-set appointments (no cold calling)
- Follow up with leads and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records during or immediately after calls
- Hit monthly performance metrics including close rate and revenue per pitch
🎯 What Success Looks Like
- 35% close rate
- Average sale: $5,700
- Dollar per pitch: $2,350
- High-quality CRM inputs
- Consistent follow-ups and pipeline activity
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years in a phone or Zoom-based B2C closing role
- Experience closing high-ticket ($3,000 ) offers
- Currently working in a sales role with defined KPIs
- Must have earned at least 50% of your income from commission in the last full year
- No more than 3 roles in the past 5 years (2 preferred), with at least one role held for 2 years
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Clear communicator with an extroverted, confident phone presence
- Follows call flows or scripts and accepts feedback/coaching
