Right now, the Association of Professional Builders is lifting the standards of the residential construction industry for builders and their clients across four countries. To continue expanding our impact, we’re looking for a highly skilled High Ticket Closer to join our sales team and enrol new members into our world-class business coaching programs tailored for builders.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Sees sales as service - you’re not pushy, you’re a professional, trusted advisor.
  • Is hungry, growth-minded and strives for mastery.
  • Thrives on ambitious KPIs and takes ownership for results without excuses.
  • Has proven experience closing high-ticket deals ($30k–$80k ) specifically in coaching or consulting.
  • Maintains meticulous CRM records and follows up like a pro across multiple channels.
  • Brings warmth and confidence to Zoom calls and live presentations.
  • Understands consultative sales psychology, future pacing and consequence stacking naturally.
  • Balances hunting for new business with nurturing and retaining current clients.
  • Operates with professionalism, high emotional intelligence and genuine care for client outcomes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Enrolling new coaching clients and delivering a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Managing renewals, upsells and cross-sells with current coaching clients.
  • Attending daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
  • Preparing and presenting templated sales presentations online and at live events.
  • Keeping your pipeline moving with diligent follow-ups, reactivations and high show-up rates.
  • Maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene with detailed, timely notes.
  • Continually learning and improving - your development never stops here.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be coachable and open to feedback.

  • Be self-motivated with strong time management and calendar discipline.
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve processes and share lead quality insights with the team.
  • Have a fast, secure internet connection and a home office free from distractions.
  • Be available Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm (AEST) to serve clients across North America and Australia/NZ.
