ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and deliver impactful analytics solutions that support enterprise reporting and strategic initiatives. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data into intuitive dashboards and insights for business stakeholders.
You will lead the development of dashboards, reports, and semantic layers within a modern BI platform while collaborating with cross functional teams in an Agile environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands on development, and the ability to engage directly with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop enterprise dashboards, dossiers, and reports using the StrategyOne platform
• Build and maintain semantic data models to support scalable and performant analytics solutions
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams leveraging pre built data models to deliver business facing solutions
• Utilize StrategyOne AI capabilities such as AutoAnswer, AutoDashboard, and AutoAgent to enhance analytics delivery
• Integrate data sources using APIs and support automated reporting workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery of analytics products
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics development
• 3 plus years of hands on experience with StrategyOne platform formerly known as MicroStrategy Cloud
• Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, dossiers, and semantic data models in enterprise environments
• Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience working with cloud based data platforms and modern data warehousing solutions
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integrations, and automated reporting processes
• Experience using StrategyOne AI features including AutoAnswer, AutoDashboard, and AutoAgent
• Proven ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
