About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain modern digital commerce solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences. This role will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, partner closely with product and design teams, and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate has strong experience building React-based applications, developing Node.js services, integrating APIs, and supporting cloud-based environments. This individual will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and delivering reliable solutions within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and enhance back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
• Develop custom application functionality to support complex business and customer requirements.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and services.
• Support headless commerce and content management solutions.

Engineering Excellence

• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development standards and delivery processes.
• Support testing, deployment, and release activities.

Cloud & Platform Support

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications within AWS and GCP environments.
• Support cloud infrastructure and application services utilizing Cloudflare and related technologies.
• Assist with performance optimization, security best practices, and system reliability initiatives.
• Partner with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD and deployment processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical planning, and solution delivery discussions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development practices.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience building custom applications and integrating APIs.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js.
• Experience working with headless commerce or headless CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare and modern cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS and/or GCP.
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital commerce workflows, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
• Exposure to scalable web application development and distributed systems.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
