Senior Manager, Technical Accounting | Growth-Focused SaaS Organization | Long Island, NY (Onsite)
We’re partnering with a PE-backed SaaS company that recently spun out of a larger enterprise and is now building out its corporate accounting function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven accounting leader who thrives in dynamic environments where structure, process, and impact come together.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the global month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting process under US GAAP
- Oversee audit preparation, technical accounting, and financial statement accuracy
- Draft accounting memos and policies; monitor new standards and ensure compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to enhance reporting and efficiency
- Mentor and develop a growing team while helping establish the organization’s accounting foundation
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA required with 7–12 years of combined public accounting and corporate experience
- Strong background in consolidations, audit coordination, and technical accounting
- Hands-on leader experienced in building scalable accounting processes
- NetSuite expertise preferred
- PE-backed or high-growth SaaS experience is a plus
