Are you a seasoned SEC reporting professional looking to step into a high-impact role with a fast-growing public company? What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead preparation of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings, ensuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external auditors on SEC and technical accounting matters
• Drive enhancements to reporting processes — including automation and new system implementations
• Support SOX compliance and maintain accounting policies
• Evaluate emerging standards and regulatory changes, advising senior leadership on impact
• Research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues and material transactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Contribute to a culture of excellence within a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience
• Strong SEC reporting background, including hands-on 10-Q/10-K preparation
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP & SEC requirements
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with reporting tools/systems (Workiva, Oracle, SAP or similar) is a plus
• Proactive problem solver comfortable making decisions with ambiguity
• Could be a strong Senior ready to be Manager
