As a member of our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in fueling our growth in both our established and emerging markets. Our Pro Recruiters are expected to excel in their trade; you will be expected to fill requirements in your market and will have the opportunity to work with clients across the nation in the verticals of Information Technology (IT) and/or Finance & Accounting (F&

• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best cand

idates• Cultivate relationships with candidates through phone and/or video interviews vi

a Zoom• Partner with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles for our c

lients• Match candidate skills/desires/personality with our clients’

needs• Negotiate pay rates with Consultants and Cand

idates• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediat

e hire• Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and ac
