Principal Product Manager

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Agentic AI to lead the strategy, development, and successful launch of next-generation AI-driven products. This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary product leader who can take an Agentic AI product from inception through launch and adoption—while driving measurable business value.

You will shape how Agentic AI transforms customer experiences, decision-making, and operational efficiency, particularly within financial services and banking environments.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Agentic AI solutions
• Translate market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities into differentiated products
• Align product strategy with broader business goals and enterprise AI initiatives

Agentic AI Leadership

• Drive development of products leveraging agentic AI architectures and frameworks
• Clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and advantages of agentic systems
• Bridge business and technical teams—ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and impactful
• Guide teams on use of LLMs, reasoning models, orchestration, and multi-agent systems

Product Execution & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional teams through PI planning, roadmap prioritization, and delivery execution
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to accelerate time-to-market
• Ensure alignment across agile teams and manage dependencies

Business Impact & P&L Ownership

• Own product performance, pricing strategy, and profitability
• Define KPIs and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and revenue
• Deliver solutions that drive tangible business outcomes (cost savings, automation, revenue growth)

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Develop deep customer insights, personas, and journeys
• Identify high-impact banking and financial services use cases for AI adoption
• Ensure strong product-market fit and differentiated customer experiences

Go-to-Market & Adoption

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to launch and scale products
• Drive product adoption through clear value propositions and measurable results
• Enable internal and external stakeholders to effectively position AI-driven solutions

What You Bring

Core Experience

• 10 years in Product Management, ideally in fintech, banking, or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of leading AI products from concept → launch → adoption
• Experience owning product P&L and driving measurable business outcomes

Agentic AI & Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Agentic AI architectures & multi-agent systems
• AI/ML concepts, data science fundamentals, and model lifecycle
• LLMs, prompt engineering, reasoning frameworks, and orchestration
• Ability to discuss:
• Pros/cons of agentic technologies
• AI limitations (hallucinations, performance trade-offs, guardrails)
• End-to-end system design, scalability, and data pipelines
• Experience with modern AI platforms:
• Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google AI (or similar ecosystems)

You don’t need to build models—but you must confidently engage engineers and data scientists in deep technical discussions.

Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of banking, payments, or financial services use cases for AI
• Ability to connect AI investments to clear business value (ROI, efficiency, growth)

Leadership & Influence

• Experience leading and mentoring Product Owners and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at speed
