Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle System Administrator / Oracle Systems Analyst with at least 3 years of experience supporting financial systems. This role will focus on the Oracle ecosystem, financial operations, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable, strong analytical capabilities, and familiarity with reporting tools and data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and optimization of the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across financial modules, with an emphasis on Accounts Receivable.
- Develop and maintain business process reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Build and modify reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or related reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and enhance system performance.
- Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes and updates.
- Partner with data governance teams and support Enterprise Data Management (EDM) activities (experience preferred).
- Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, Oracle System Administrator, or related technical/functional role.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle full suite, especially financial modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with BI Publisher or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
- Broader experience across Oracle Financials (GL, AP, Cash Management, etc.).
- Background in data governance, master data management, or financial system integrations.
- Experience in a contract role with the desire to transition into a long-term full-time opportunity.
