About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as a Loan Software QA & Business Support Specialist. This role bridges technology and operations, ensuring our loan servicing software meets business needs and delivers a seamless experience for both employees and customers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Review and test features within our loan software used for direct small-dollar loans.
- Document testing feedback and recommend areas for improvement.
- Validate updates or changes based on evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure software aligns with real-world lending practices.
- Identify and report issues or inconsistencies in system behavior.
- Verify loan lifecycle processes, including applications, approvals, disbursements, servicing, and repayments.
Top Requirements
We are targeting candidates from three potential backgrounds:
- Branch Support or Branch Manager at a financial services company.
- QA Tester at a loan servicing company (1β2 years experience).
- Call Center/Customer Service Rep in financial services with exposure to business software support.
Must-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in the direct small loan industry, including servicing and repayment processes.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to improving loan systems and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to recognize business issues.
- Solid understanding of loan lifecycle activities, especially in high-volume, short-term lending environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing feedback on operations tools or systems.
- Familiarity with workflows and customer interactions in small-dollar lending environments.
- Technically inclined; comfortable with lending/branch software and Microsoft O365.
- Previous experience assisting with software or system testing.
Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week in Toccoa, GA or Greenville, SC. Candidates based in Greenville must travel to Toccoa once weekly.
Salary : $20 - $26
