Job Description:
The Intersect Group is hiring on behalf of an exclusive partnership. We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Escrow Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of escrow transactions from open to close, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in handling a high-volume pipeline while building strong relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, manage, and close escrow transactions in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Review purchase contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and all supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements (ALTA/CD), and closing documents.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title officers, and notaries to facilitate smooth closings.
- Oversee funding and disbursement of files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
- Resolve title issues, payoffs, and other transactional challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proactive communication with all parties, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the transaction.
- Ensure all files meet regulatory and compliance standards prior to closing.
- Balance escrow files and reconcile trust accounts as required.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals to support business development and repeat business.

- Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title requirements, and state/federal regulations.
- Experience preparing and reviewing settlement statements and closing disclosures.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience as an Escrow Officer handling residential resale transactions.
