Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. As the Spa Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. Daily responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, answering phone inquiries, greeting guests, processing payments, and addressing customer needs to ensure a positive and memorable experience. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the spa area.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with booking or scheduling software
