Duties

Position Details:

• Part-time / On-call (Summer Position)
• Immediate full-time training required
• Flexible scheduling (must have weekend availability)
• Opportunity for growth based on performance
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the spa experience
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Answer all incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and booking appointments
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties
• Support retail sales by promoting spa products and services, including product demonstrations and recommendations
• Supervise front desk operations when needed, ensuring smooth flow and excellent customer service during busy periods
