KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving our diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- This is a full-time position and requires flexibility to work a combination of shifts, including 2 overnight shifts and 3 day shifts each week.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
