Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sous Chef role located in Millersburg, OH. The Sous Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations, including preparing and plating high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating on menu planning. They will support the Executive Chef in supervising kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient operations during service. The position requires maintaining a high standard of culinary excellence while contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

- Experience in menu planning, food costing, and ingredient sourcing
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills to mentor and manage kitchen staff
