Designed to be both lively and inviting, OLINDA will offer a chic casual atmosphere that blends contemporary design with the warmth and hospitality guests have come to expect from Gervasi Destinations.OLINDA is our toast to the beauty of gathering. Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese translation “Oh, Beautiful.” It reflects both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA speaks to a celebration of togetherness while serving as a meaningful tribute to family.OLINDA is set to open in 2026We are currently hiring a full-time Sous ChefIn this role, you will be responsible for selecting, scheduling, training, supervising, managing and, if necessary, firing kitchen staff, assigning detail specific duties to kitchen staff, creating and implementing new menus and individual menu items, based on current food trends and regional tastes, and auditing food storeroom items and storage to maintain constant quality products.The right candidate will have three or more years of experience in culinary management, or lead role position and experience working in a high volume, fine dining restaurant.
