What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Activities Assistant (9am to 5pm) position at The Inn at Fairview Memory Care?
We are seeking a positive and compassionate Activities Assistant to work in our memory care assisted living community, The Inn at Fairview. This employee will be responsible for organizing and leading activities such as arts, crafts, games, and bingo. The hours of this full-time position are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and every other weekend per month. We also have part-time positions available.
Position Requirements:
- Some experience preferred, but not necessary
- An upbeat, friendly attitude with good communication
skills
- Compassionate and creative
Position Expectations:
- Lead and organize daily activities
- Keep our senior residents safe and entertained
- Maintain a clean workspace, tidying up after activities
