What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning and leading daily recreational, social, and wellness programs
Engage residents in meaningful, fun experiences that support physical and mental well-being
Coordinate community events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and team members
What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate, upbeat team player with a heart for seniors
Experience working in Memory Care or with individuals with dementia is highly valued
Strong organizational and communication skills
LNA certification is a plus
Creativity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference
