Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Support the kitchen team with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, maintaining food safety standards.
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting spaces for new guests.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments smoothly.
- Help coordinate banquet or large group events by managing guest seating and service flow.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and basic food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively.
