Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables.
- Support the kitchen team with food handling, preparation assistance, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during bussing and food delivery processes.
- Maintain effective communication with front-of-house staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate service flow.
- Help uphold guest services standards by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Support banquet events or large parties by providing efficient bussing and food running services as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with food handling, safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in service coordination.
